Apera PH850-SS Portable pH Meter Kit
Measure pH and temperature directly in food and semi-solid samples. The Apera PH850-SS combines a portable meter with the LabSen® 753 food-grade stainless steel spear pH/temperature electrode for professional testing of meat, cheese, dairy, fruit, dough, sushi rice, canning, and other semi-solid samples. It can also be used for general water solutions.
