Apera PH850-SL Portable Soil pH Meter Kit
Measure pH directly in moist soil with the Apera PH850-SL and LabSen 553 pH/temperature spear electrode . This portable kit supports direct soil testing without preparing a soil slurry. An integrated foldable stand also lets you position the meter on a workbench.

Using the Kit
Use the spear electrode for direct pH checks in moist soil during greenhouse, horticultural, agricultural and turf-management work. Calibrate the meter before testing and follow the electrode instructions for sample preparation, cleaning and storage.
Temperature limit: Although the meter supports temperature measurement and compensation up to 100°C, the included LabSen 553 electrode is rated for 0–80°C. Stay within the probe's operating range when using this kit.
